Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking. By confirming a trip with us, you agree to them.

1. Bookings & deposits

A booking is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit and your payment receipt. The remaining balance is payable before departure by bank transfer or in person at our office. Seats are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted per person and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for significant changes in fuel, permits, or exchange rates before a deposit is received. Once your deposit is confirmed, your price is locked.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations are refunded on a sliding scale: 100% (7+ days before departure), 75% (3–6 days), 50% (2 days), and 30% of the recoverable balance for cancellations within 1 day. Non-recoverable third-party costs (permits, advance hotel payments) may be deducted.

4. Itinerary changes & force majeure

Mountain travel is weather-dependent. We may alter routes, accommodation, or timings for safety or conditions beyond our control. Where a trip is curtailed for force-majeure reasons, we will refund recoverable costs but cannot guarantee a full refund.

5. Health, fitness & responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit for your chosen trip and for carrying adequate travel and evacuation insurance. You must follow your guide's safety instructions at all times.

6. Liability

TourRangers (Private) Limited acts in good faith and takes every reasonable safety precaution, but adventure travel carries inherent risks. We are not liable for loss, injury, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
