Neelum is one of the most beautiful valleys of Azad Kashmir, and it hosts several Brooks, freshwater streams, forests, lush green mountains, and a river.
Sharda is a small town in Neelam District in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It is one of the two tehsils of Neelum District and is reputed to be the most beautiful spot of the Neelum valley.
Arang Kel is a lush green village, hill station and tourist spot in Neelam Valley, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It is located on the hilltop near Kel at the altitude of 8,379 feet. The village is accessible by a 2 kilometers trek from Kel.
Taobutt village is about 38 km ahead of Kel, is a fascination yet unexplored. Halmat, Tao Butt, Janawai, and Sardari are the most beautiful places around here. A tourist rest house has been constructed at Halmat to provide accommodation facilities to the visitors.

Itinerary
Day 00 – Lahore to Islamabad
Departure from Lahore at 10:00 PM. Lahore participants are requested to arrive 30 minutes early before departure.
Day 01 – Islamabad to Sharda
Departure from Islamabad at 4:00 AM, Breakfast in Muzaffarabad, Short stay at Dhani Waterfall and Kutton, Arrival Keran at noon, Lunch in Keran, Visit of Upper Neelum, Dinner and Overnight in Sharda – Sharda Heights or Wadi Resort or Equivalent
Day 02 – Sharda to Kel and Arang Kel
Breakfast at 7:00 AM, Departure for Kel & Arang Kel, Use cable-car lift for Arang Kel – if Open, A further 1-hour hike after cable-car lift to reach Arang Kel, Explore Arang Kel, Dinner & Overnight at Arang Kel – Pop Eye’s Guest House
Day 03 – Retrace to Kel and Visit Taobutt
Breakfast at 7:00 AM, Retrace to Kel, Take jeeps from Kel for Taobutt, full day excursion to Halmat, Janawai, Sardari, and Tao Butt, Lunch in Taobutt, Back to Sharda in the evening, Dinner and Overnight in Sharda
Day 03 – – Sharda to Islamabad
Breakfast at 8:00 AM, Visit ruins of Old Sharda University, Departure for Islamabad at 10:00 AM, Lunch in Kutton, Arrival Islamabad at 8:00 PM, Drop Lahore participants at Daewoo Terminal, End of Services
